Things I Love About Fall!

So Fall is here. In fact, Fall has been the theme of most of the Blogtober posts I have seen so far (we’re on day 14, can you believe it?). It occurred to me that I haven’t written a lot about the Fall season. I won’t lie and say Fall is my favorite season because it’s not. I am not a fan of Halloween like most people so when Fall is beginning and everyone is excited for horror movies and haunted houses, I’m preparing for Christmas.

However, I do LOVE Fall. There is so much beauty and excitement that relates to it. In honor of Blogtober I decided to jump on this Fall bandwagon and express the things that I LOVE about Fall.

Things I love about Fall

  1. The weather. I consider Fall weather to be perfect weather. When the season arrives, it’s not too hot nor too cold. It feels so magical. I love walking outside and seeing the colors of all of the leaves. In my personal opinion NOTHING is as beautiful as nature in the Fall seasons.

  2. The clothes. I look adorablenin Fall clothing, lets just get that out of the way right now. If I’m being honest, I’ve never seen anyone who can’t rock a nice Fall outfit. Get yourself a cute pair of boots and you are rocking it already. I’m not a fashionista but I do find that it’s easier for me to pick out clothes that fit me and my personal style (if I even have one of those) and are pretty fashionable as well. It gets a little trickier for me when it’s extremely hot or extremely cold outside.

  3. The activities. I know I just got finished saying how disinterested I was in Halloween activities, BUT Halloween isn’t the only thing that Fall has going for it. First of all, there’s things like pumpkin fields. I don’t know why I love pumpkins so much because I don’t eat pumpkin flavored items (I know, I’m weird) but I do enjoy pumpkins. There’s so many Fall festivals and harvesting activities to do in the Fall that I can’t help but associate the season with fun!

  4. The holidays. Now I know I said I wasn’t a fan of Halloween and that’s very tthe. I’m not a fan of being scared. I love costume parties so I will participate in those, but you won’t see me hype and excited to go get myself freaked out at somebody’s haunted house. I was once kicked out of a haunted house for punching one of the employees meant to come out and scare you. This is why I don’t go to those things. I just don’t play those kind of games. HOWEVER, we cannot overlook that the wonderful holiday Thanksgiving is in the Fall. Thanksgiving is my second favorite holiday. Why? Because it combines my two favorite things: Family and food. During thanksgiving everyone is always just laughing and enjoying each other’s company. What more could you ask for?

When I decided to do this topic I honestly thought I had a lot more things about Fall that I would enough. However, everything I could think of was wrapped around these four basic things. I’ve seen some posts where people came up with 15 or more things about Fall that they love and that’s awesome, but as I said, it’s not my FAVORITE season. Still, I do enjoy the Fall and the things that come with it. So even though this is a shorter blog post I still wanted to share!

Whats your favorite season? What do you like about Fall? Anybody have any reasons for loving Fall that aren’t as lame and typical as mine? Let me know in the comments below!
