My Goals For 2022

I cannot believe we are in the last month of the year... Am I the only one who feels like it went by ridiculously fast? Like W T F.

However, this year I have learned so much and I have accomplished so many of my goals for the year.

I have:

- Grown this blog to the point of making consistent income through sponsored posts and affiliate links.

- Started making monthly income from YouTube

- Grew my business significantly

And I also had some things happen that wasn't a part of the plan like GETTING ENGAGEDDDDDDD!!!

So, now it is time for deciding on 2022 goals after reflection and aligning myself with my vision for my life.

So, let's get into it!

Hopefully, you'll comment down a few of your goals and join the email list and we can hold each other accountable!

GOALS FOR 2022

Buy a new car

To be honest, in order to do this one, I need to first get a license. I haven't driven in years for multiple reasons, but I am finally in the head space where I can mentally handle driving and so I have a huge goal of getting my license again (after letting my old one expire) and buying a car!

Grow my business

This year my business has grown so much and I couldn't be more excited. I want to take it to the next level and get my business to a new scale which I couldn't be more excited about!

Work on my physical and mental health

I've already slightly started working on this by beginning my therapy. But I also would like to start taking kickboxing, yoga, and doing pole dancing classes! I know that's a lot, but I couldn't choose between them.. so I chose all of them (kinda who I am lol).

Own a gun

I have been thinking about this for awhile and with the world we live in, I've been wanting to legally carry. I would like to learn how to shoot properly first so I don't hurt anyone, but then I would like to carry because I live in Atlanta, GA and have had many scary moments here as a little woman who SEEMS harmless to creeps.

Start school

I will not be doing this until the Fall of next year but I have been giving this thought for awhile and I would like to go back! No real reason other than to say I got a degree because I don't truly feel I need one.

Save $10,000

This is a huge goal for me. I am not the best saver... I am not the worst either so I can save when I need to, but saving large sums of money has never come easily to me. I am challenging myself in this new year to budget appropriately and proritize saving.

Read 25+ books

I had a goal to read about the same this year and about halfway through the year just stopped reading altogether. I am pretty annoyed with myself about it but I am going to try it again!

Employ my assistant full time

My assistant and others I've hired in the past have had a huge impact on how I grow my business and I would like to get my business to the point where I need my assistant full-time and she and I can take over the world together! Working with her has been pretty good for me mentally in keeping focused as well as for the inner workings of my business so I am planning to get her on board full-time.

700's credit score

If you remember last year, working on my credit has been such a huge deal for me. Once me and my beau are married, we want to buy our first home and so we've got to tackle these credit scores. I raised my score quite a bit this year and want to get it to the next level next year!

GET MARRIED

Our wedding date is in October of next year and I am just READY to get married. I couldn't be more excited.

Start my investment journey

I have dabbled in investing in some stocks this year but I haven't taken it seriously. Next year I wanna really prioritize investing in stocks and dividends. I've learned a lot this year and want to start taking more intentional action.

I have a few other goals, but I won't share those just yet... but these are the main ones and I am putting them out there confidently because I am confident in my ability to achieve them!
