Y'all... I am actually 25 years old. I really cannot believe it. But I am ECSTATIC about it. Despite all that's happened this year I feel so blessed to be alive and especially blessed to be HEALTHY and alive.
So in honor of my birthday I am going to share some things that I have learned in the past 25 years that I am glad to have learned. Feel free to share some of your life lessons down below!
25 Things I Learned in 25 Years
I am powerful. I have great power and it is up to me to use it.
I decide how I am treated. Me. No One else.
Environment is KEY. It is important to decide who you're going to allow in your life.
Nothing going on around me has to impact what goes on within me.
God's timing is BEST.
Confidence just feels better. I know confidence is key but one of the things I've learned that's helped me boost mine is just how much better it feels to have it.
Entrepreneurship doesn't work without an outlet.
Do what you love.
Coconut... is gross.. and there is nothing you can say to change my mind.
It's okay to spoil yourself.
If you're not willing to invest in your business, you don't want it that badly.
Family is not entirely blood relative. There are people I am related to by blood that I don't consider family. It's more than just blood to me.
There's more than one path to success.
Love doesn't have to make sense to anyone but you.
Your work ethic matters more than your talent.
Giving someone you love more won't matter if they don't love you back
Hydrate before you die-drate. Water is IT.
Non work related hobbies are necessary.
Family and friends shouldn't be EXPECTED to support you. It'd be nice, but you're wasting your energy focusing or thinking about that instead of thinking about your target audience.
Never stop learning
A morning routine = LIFE CHANGING
You teach people how to treat you.
I never wanna be in the same position for a year without promotion or progress
There are no limits to what we can accomplish
Love over hate... always.
